John DeHart

A veteran of 27 years in Network Marketing experiences. A master of creativity and motivation, John generates the perfect blend of high energy with a quiet confidence that exudes success.
Over the last 12 years John has helped launch several successful network marketing companies. The range of John’s contributions included the successful development and implementation of recruiting & “drip” training systems. In addition, he created several different online and offline distributor marketing and lead generation tools for both “Top Down and “Bottom up” marketing campaigns.
In addition to personal achievement, John excels at helping other people achieve personal and financial success. As a goal-oriented person, he has always had a strong drive to accomplish his own personal and business goals and continually helps others around him work toward setting and achieving their own goals. Simply put John helps others around him perform at their maximum potential.
John resides in Sandy, UT with wife Cindy and daughter Sierra where they share their lives with two horses, Diamond and Sabanna, two dogs, Skye and Charlie and a cat named KC (short for Kitty Cat). John believes in freely giving what was given to him so he volunteers his time as the head coach for Pride wrestling club located in Sandy, Utah. The club is dedicated to training young men and women in the sport of wrestling. The club consistently produces junior state and national champions.
Scotty Kufus

Started network marketing in 1982 with Amway, at 18 years old Scotty learned directly from several local Diamonds and listened to hundreds of tapes and attended hundreds of events while in college. Scott left Amway and joined another company early in his career.
Scott built a multimillion dollar Matol Business in his early 20′s and was fortunate to learn from some of the best cold marketing, direct sales professionals in our industry. They taught Scott about advertising and how to conduct hotel meetings. He was off to the races to join FundAmerica in 1989, being one of the first 15 Presidential Directors at 25 and earning over $15,000 a month, generating a few million dollars in sales, before that company closed its doors.
Scott became an industry supplier with Video Plus and helped establish over 40 tools and tapes accounts to help them become the largest supplier in the industry. This gave him unprecedented access to top CEOs and distributors, subsequently interviewing more than 2500 successful people on film for various companies including the Founders of Amway, Herbalife, and Mary Kay Ash. Scott learned an inside out perspective and at the same time Scott still kept building teams. Scott has maintained many of those relationships 20 years later.
Scott joined Amway again and helped open up Hungary and Poland and had thousands of people in his team within 6 months, building strong teams all over Europe within a few years.
Scott helped launch Advocare in 1994 which is still in Business today; 17 years later doing nearly $1 billion in sales. He sold his downline to his mom for $1.00 who has now gone on to earn hundreds of thousands of dollars as he went on to pursue other endeavors. She still attends Advocare events to this day and has enjoyed taking over 65 cruises to all parts of the world. Many of the terms used today by Advocare Scott crafted and trained in 1994-1997.
In 1997 Scotty joined TPN in Dallas and became one of the top 5 distributors in 3 months putting on over 4000 people from scratch even though the company had already been in business almost 2 years at that point. The sales force literally outgrew the company’s capacity to install their Satellite dishes. His team is still building today as Prepaid Legal with Brian Carruthers, one of the top producers in the company, as a result of his recruiting and support in TPN by travelling to his northeast market.
In 1998, after TPN was having its challenges, Scott launched/founded his own company along with 2 partners called Quantum Leap generating 11 million in sales within 6 months. The state of Texas decided they did not want to sell an oral form of HGH via mlm, so the company was sold to Beauticontrol at that time. He brought on over 10,000 distributors in 6 months with millions being paid in commissions.
He joined FreeStoreClub in 2003 and built a team of over 30,000 around the globe with an internet mall concept: online, no meetings.
Scott launched 2 internet companies one called Retired.com and another called 24HourPaycheck to enroll over 1 million members within 2 years online, raising venture capital, and becoming the #1 Senior Site in the world within 12 months (on top of every major search engine between 2000-2002). Scott created a FREE sample food model online in 2002 at 24hourPaycheck that was very successful for a public internet search company and an incoming CEO of the search engine company shut down the division within 30 days of taking control to focus on other areas of the company. However, the business model was proof of how successful giving away samples could be and help solidify his belief in simple systems.
In Dec 2004 Scott was hired by Oasis Life Sciences/Univera now to help them with sales during a down time. Scott reported directly to the CEO, Derek Hall, and at the time, sales were flat after 6 years at only 2 million a month. After concentrating on this business for 14 months, sales reached slightly less than 7 million a month, and they went from losing over a million a year to earning millions a year in profit. It was and still is the fastest growth phase of their companies history. Within 3 months of leaving, their sales were down over 20% and eventually went down 35% before they started rebounding last year.
Scott loved living in the Northwest, but in 2007 he and his family moved to Florida. Scott then founded, along with 3 others, Genewize Life Sciences in 2008. It was funded by a public company, Genelink Bio, a 15 year old biotech company, generating more than $5 million in sales in its first quarter and over $25 million in the first 18 months from startup. With Genewize, which pioneered genetically-guided nutrition and skin care, Scott was responsible for all sales and marketing, recruiting and communication, and built a team of over 25,000 people within 20 months. Scott wrote the compensation plan that has paid millions of dollars to date and has never had to be changed.
Scott has successfully built and sold or transferred a business in Life Plus, Kaire International, Nikken, Advocare, Amway, TPN/Prepaid- and they are all in business today, generating millions in sales with untold thousands still building their own financial freedom. Scott has many other experiences of building different concepts and products and has spent his life in business in this great industry building in over 20 countries.
Scott is currently writing a book called One Billion Dollars Later, where he is interviewing 20 different distributors that have each generated more than $1 billion in sales. Scott has a solid, clean reputation as a team builder generating over $1 billion in sales and having over 500,000 on his teams around the globe over the years. Scott has a very solid rolodex, successfully launching 3 separate companies that generated over $20 million in sales within 18 months.
He anticipates much higher sales with SnackHealthy for a great number of reasons when it launches in the Fall of 2010 as a public direct selling company, focused on the distribution of natural, healthy, and delicious snacks for all occasions.
