RS Mallory is a Professional Network Marketer, Trainer & Author living in Austin Texas because she is on an energy vortex and a River! She gravitated to Network Marketing after spending decades as an educator, Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and Entrepreneur.

During her 14 year career in Network Marketing RS’ focus and passion has been in helping others attain THEIR goals and dreams, inspiring  her to  create a generic training blog, Compassionate Marketing.

RS’ successful career includes almost 5 years as one of the highest ranked Diamonds in her previous company. She successfully opening up & worked in Ireland, Scotland and Wales for another company and today she continues to train thousands of distributors on 3 Continents how to become “Compassionate Marketers”.

RS sits on the Board of Directors of The Distributor Rights Association, has appeared on radio shows including The Tom Chenault Radio Show on behalf of The DRA, MLM Divas & Women Power, and is a frequent guest trainer for those interested in learning how to build and retain large organizations as a Compassionate Marketer. She is a monthly contributor to the Network Marketing Magazine and is a freelance writer. RS recently completed her inaugural E-Book of a monthly series. Who’s  Renting Space in YOUR Brain and How to Reclaim It! is gathering rave reviews and impacting the lives of all those who read and apply what they learn. She has also created The Compassionate Marketing Training Center for those seeking to learn about Network Marketing or who are transitioning from “The Job Market” into the Home Based arena and need to develop skills.
